If you prefer, you can drop the machine off at our shop, or we can come to you. Our latest offering is remote support. This can be especially handy if you are in a hurry and having a software based problem (for example, a missing driver). All it takes is an internet connection.
We never charge to analyze a problem...our estimates are always free! Every computer we work on also gets an included diagnostic and tune up, along with back up of the hard drive. We service all of the surrounding areas and never charge travel fees.
