Promoting Java Locally Through Community
The Grails web development framework merges "development by convention," and dynamic language capabilities with a best–of–breed Java web application stack and an eye towards extensibility. It allows developers with a strong background in Java to continue using their skills and established infrastructure, but now with a minimal amount of ceremony obfuscating the business logic. Developers who are new to web development get a path of adoption that is gentle and easy to learn.
